Homemade Bathroom Cabinet from Pallet Boards
Hello. After a long time, I am here again with a video. In this video, instead of making a tool, as you can see in my video, I made a bathroom cabinet with a curved design, using mostly tools I made myself. Our old cabinet was made of chipboard boards and over time it succumbed to water...
Since the place where the cabinet is installed has a narrow angle, I tried to create the most suitable design for this place. The boards used were obtained entirely from old pallets. Some of the boards removed from the pallets of travertine stones brought for some parts of our house last year were sufficient.

      Merhaba. Bu motor (koşu bandı motoru) için dimmer devresi olmaz. Yani direk kullanamazsınız. çünkü motor DC ile çalışıyor. Dimmer devresinin çıkışına bir dogrultucu devre yapılabilir belki. Bunu denemek lazım. Ama bu durumda da en az 4000W dimmer kullanmak gerekir. ve çıkışına ortalama 20A e dayanıklı köprü diyot ve uygun kondansatör kullanmak gerekir. Bu motorlar çok güçlü ve sessiz oldukları için tercih ediyorum. Tavsiye ederim.

      Let's come to your last question... If you make it with 2 transformers and connect the transformers in parallel, you will get a much more powerful machine. However, in this case, the cable used at the output must be thicker, and the relay in the electronic circuit that energizes the transformer must be at least 20A.

      1 trafo ile yeterli güç elde etmek zor. Bu mikrodalga trafosu için geçerli. Yani daha güçlü başka trafo ile olabilir. Bu nedenle tek mikrodalga trafolu yapmam uygun olmaz. Sadece denemiş olurum. Sigorta atma konusunda şunu soyleyebilirim... Eğer yapılan islemler doğru ise sigorta atmaz. Ben yapıldığı günden beri kullanıyorum.

      Merhaba. Teşekkür ederim. Eğer herhangi bir hata yapmadiysaniz dimmer devreleri sorunlu olabilir yani gerçek 4000W olmayabilir. İsterseniz benim yaptığım gibi yapın. Yani sağlam bir devreye 4 adet BT137 triyaki paralel bağlayın. Bağlantıyı devre üzerindeki triyaka direk paralel olarak yapacaksınız. 1. Bacakları 1. Bacağa 2. Bacakları 2. Bacağa ve 3. Bacakları 3. Bacağa... Benim yaptığım devre hiç arıza yapmadı.

      Thank you. It is possible. However, even without a capacitor, it can be used as a DC machine. If a capacitor is used, it would be better to use a coil. The capacitor is instantly discharged at the first touch. I haven't had the chance to try it, but I will share a video when I do it.

      Bonjour. Désolé pour le retour tardif. Le courant secondaire est d'environ 500A. Cependant, sur de longues distances, à mesure que la température du câble augmente, la résistance augmente également et le courant diminue légèrement. Pour réaliser une machine plus puissante, il suffira de connecter deux transformateurs en parallèle.

      Svp, vous avez une solution pour avoir un courant électrique variable entre 0..5...10...15.........100A par exemple ? Car j'ai fait 10 spires en secondaire avec dimmer 4000w ( 0v-220v) et j'obtiens V2=0 à 9.4v mais le courant 0 et 18A à 200A, entre 0 et 18 aucune valeur toujours 0A

      Pour être honnête, je n'ai pas bien compris votre question. Cela peut être dû à la traduction. Mais d'après ce que j'ai compris, vous pensiez que le secondaire était de 10 tours et vous obteniez 9,2 V. Dans ce cas, vous obtenez un courant de 200 A. Le courant de sortie souhaité peut varier entre 5 et 100A... Lorsque vous utilisez un variateur, la tension de sortie change également. Ainsi, lorsque vous accélérez, il descend à 9,2 V. Le courant diminue également, mais une sortie régulière peut ne pas être obtenue. Si vous souhaitez que la tension de sortie reste la même et que seul le courant change, vous ne pouvez pas le faire avec un simple circuit variateur. Vous pouvez le faire en utilisant des circuits trouvés dans les machines à souder à onduleur.

      No. I only care about the current being variable from 0 to 100 amps. The problem I found is that the current goes from 0 to 18 amps and becomes gradual in a good way but without going from 5 or 7 or 10 and this is the problem

    The design is great, however if a different planer is used the cutouts and top measurements need to be adjusted. I am using a Makita 1900B for my project and will share pictures when the assembly is completed.

I made the same welding machine but with slightly larger transformers, so I was able to make more turns with the electrical wire.       Hello. Kbpc5010 diode can be used up to 1000V. You will get a voltage above 70V as DC value. No problem. However, since the voltage value is a bit high, it may disturb you a bit when you hold both probes. In other words, you may get an electric shock. On the other hand, it would be good if the capacitor you will use is 100V. But it is okay if you do not put it on.
